Fear is an emotion that exists in everyone but when it becomes heavy on our mind our mind tries to control everything that is beyond our control, In that stage our mind always wants safe & confort zone, and avoid risk, then as a result we feel like joy & excitment is get vanished from our life and our life becomes too boring, growth get hampered and we couldn’t live our life fully.

Fear is just an imagination of our mind not reality, A kind of an imagination which is created by choice through training our subconcious mind through negative beliefs and thoughts.
How Fear Get Attracted in our mind

- Negative Talks Around You: When You always hear from your friends or relatives who give priority to the survival over growth, who always advice to avoid risk and not to have a big dreams, who always highlights the negative side or consequences of any challenging or creative activity, All these results your mind becomes expert to imagine the worst possible outcome before taking an action for the growth.
- Self Criticism or Avoiding Tough Coversation: If you always have been realize in your childhood that you are not enough intelligent or overcriticize for your mistakes or if you are always judged, laughed and misunderstood by others for your opinions, if you were always stopped from raising questions, then it created a self doubt in you and kills you self confidence, your mind starts to believe that your opinions are not enough powerful or valuable and you create a believe that your opinions are always wrong, as a result you feel scared to express your opinions in any tough conversations.
- Overprotection or Excessive comfort from your family: If you are grown up with such kind of circumstances when your parents were overprotective for your safety or for your better future then sometimes you becomes too addictive to your comfort zone and afraid to accept the responsibilities & challenges.

- Use Fear as an instrument of awareness: When you decide to take an action for any challenging task your fear came to remind you about risk and consequences attached with that task, At that point of time, Instead of being afraid from that reminder, say thanks to your fear for making you aware from those possible risk and challenges that could arise in future, and tell your brain that my fear tell me about these risk and challenges so we have to plan that what are the possible ways to handle this.
- Choosing Faith Over Fear: ‘Faith and Fear’ Both are just an imagination not the reality, So it’s a choice whether to attract faith or fear, so whenever your brain imagine worst possible outcome that could result from action, remind your mind with that worst possible outcome that you imagine is just an imagination not the reality, even if it becomes a reality, Universe will protect me since my intentions behind my actions are pure.

Is my purpose is powerful then the other’s opinion ? What If hear others by suppressing my passion how would I live a happy life ?
